Thanks in advance for any help I can get with this two-part question,
relating to the I-134 form for the K1 visa of my Mexican fiancee:

1. Do separate I-134's have to be filled out for my fiancee and each of her
three minor children?

2. If I have to fill out separate I-134's for each child, does each kid's
form need to be accompanied by duplicates of the supporting evidence? Or is
it sufficient to attach the supporting info only to my fiancee's I-134?
