I-134 or I-864
I am confused about the affidavit of support form needed for the
adjustment of status intervew in New York. With my husband's
notification of the interview, BCIS enclosed a I-864 form. But the
instructions say "if the applicant was originally required to submit
form I-134, then this form must be updated at the time of the
interview."
When we filed for AOS after our marriage, we did submit form I-134.
So do we bring an updated copy of that rather than the I-864?
Thanks for the help. In the lull between filing for the AOS in
December 01 and now, I had partially forgotten how confusing this
whole experience is.
