I-134, Dependents Question
Hi there, I have a question about interpretation of part 8 of the I-134 Affidavit of Support form. Looking for answer/opinion.
My fiancee has a 5 yr old child. She has sole custody with the father (ex-husband) having visitation rights. He pays child support monthly.
Should she mark down that her son is "Wholly Dependent" or "Partially Dependent"?
My initial reaction was "wholly", as the child support payments are too the mother and indirectly reach the son.
But I am wavering...
Any ideas / definitive answer?
