I-130 then I-129F K3 then ?
1) I married american citizen in 5/02
2) I am living outside US, my spouse inside US
3) Filed I-130 in 5/02
4) NOA 7/02 telling 815-825 days processing time
5) Filed I-129F in 7/02
6) NOA telling 90-180 days processing time
Questions:
- We are sick of waiting and want to live together now. How can we do
that?
- Can I come to the US as visitor until I-129F is approved? What do I
have to do in this case?
