Well My husband and I were married last May and submitted all our I-130
paperwork in August and said the time frame would be 990-999 days and we
just got approved about a week ago, now we had to submit the I-824 form
which is for the approved petition to move to the NVC, which that
process according to our lawyer should take about a year by the time we
have our interviews, but between now and the interviews we will receive
more forms and fees that have to be done prior to, which really bites
then after that, if denied we'll have to waiver that in which he has to
be in his home country for another about 3-4 months (that's just an
estimate which can be longer) right now my husband is in the country
until his next court date at which time he'll either be deported or have
voluntary leave we still don't know, I didn't think this would take this
long. . .it just depends on the judge and the law officers I guess. Wish
you the best though
