i-130 (spouse) - approved
Hello Everyone,
the good news to all who have been waiting so long for the i130 to be approved is the following:
Any i130 application (spouse) that was filed back in texas nearly 2 years ago and have been transferred to nebraska to speed up processing is going to be approved really soon. In fact , this is what happened with our petition:
i130 filed back in texas in september 30 2002
i130 transferred to nebraska in april 7 2004
received by nebraska in pril 14 2004
noa2 approved in may 13, 2004

Well after reading this I went and checked ours and by golly it got approved on the 12th!!! I checked it on the 12th and it hadn't been approved.........
Sitting here a bit stunned and thinking duh, now what!?

We are still waiting for the hard copy of the i130 receipt approval notice. I think it should be there by next week. Are you going to follow the AOS route ? If youa re filing in menphis, go check the processing dates becuase it has been updated to january 3 2004.
