Where can I find details on what happens after the NOA2 and up to date timelines?

But generally you're looking at minimally 1 year for I-130 approval. If you are simply going through the I-130 and not a K3 or something, then you will get a NOA1 soon indicating about 150-999 days before anything happens.
About a year from now you'll get the NOA2. The approval then goes to NVC (National Visa Center) in Manchester, NH and from there to the relevant embassay in the foreign country. Your beneficiary attends an interview at the embassay and upon approval, enters the US and get their green card.
That's the simple version of what happens.
