I-130 San Jose filing question
Hi, I am filing an I-130 with I-485 & I-765 in San Jose. My wife and I were ready for the (very) early start to queue outside to get a number. But their I-130 leaflet states that if you are filing an I-485 and an I-130 that you can just drop the whole lot into their drop box - alot easier ! Just want to confirm this is true before I do it ? thx.
