Just have a quick question regarding answering a part of the I-130 ..my husband is
currently in the US and we are filing the I-130 and adjustment of status
concurrently. My question is this...On the first section where it asks the relatives
address (section C) do I put down our U.S. residence being that he is currently
staying here until we find the outcome of this, or shall we just put down his address
abroad (in this case, his parents address)?? Also, we have to file to the District
office in Detroit, is this something that should/can be done in person or must it be
posted? Working against a time deadline I am hoping that we can walk it in. Anyway,
thank you in advance. Stacey
