Default I-130 question. Again!

I asked this question before but I had an additional related question.
My wife (who is a US citizen) wants to sponsor (for GC) her mother. She
has an 18 year old brother. If she sponsors her mother, how can her
brother get a GC? According to the I-130 form instructions, she has to
sponsor her mother first. Once her mother gets a GC, her mother can
sponsor her brother with a GC. My question is, what if her brother was
5 years old? Does the sponsoring need to be separate?

Also, can anyone tell me a site where I can find out where all of these
categories fall into and what kind of timeline we are talking about for
them?

Thanks to anyone who responds.

I suspect the answer is still NO for the brother, as you've been told by multiple people: http://britishexpats.com/forum/showthread.php?t=398245

Check Kevin's site for help understanding the priority dates etc

Well, what if her brother had been 5 years old or 1 month old? Would
the answer still be NO?

A parent is one relative

A brother is a different relative no matter what age ...

Ok. So the mother has to sponsor the brother separately, right?
