I-130 processing time for spouse

I was wondering what is the average processing time for a spouse from
the philippines it took us 6 months for the california service center
to approve the petition to the nvc , now i am wondering just how long
the nvc will take to procees the petition, i called them and they would
not tell me

Plan on another long wait at Manila; interview dates are quite backed up.
