Default I-130 processing time

I checked CSC processing times for I-130 and it says processing receipt
date of July 5, 2005.

So, I am corect in interpreting this as - its taking just over 6 months
to get APPROVAL on I-130?

I live in Texas and I file at TSC on my I-130. It gets sent to CSC and
I should expect around 6 months before its approved, if all goes well.
Please tell me if I am correct or wrong with this process and timeline.
TIA

No. It means only that the oldest case on the shelf is dated July 5, 2005. It has nothing to do with the actual processing time and absolutely nothing to do with whether or not an application is approved!
