Hello to everyone in the group,

I have been married to an American woman for over two years now, and on
July 7th 2003 the Nebraska Service Center received my I-130. On
September 17th 2004, they say that they have transferred it to Atlanta
Georgia for processing. I have looked at the processing times for
Atlanta, and find that they do not process the form I-130.

Does anyone know what is happening?

Did you submit just I-13o or I-130 and I-485?????

Atlanta does process AOS packages (I-485 +/- I-130) but stand-alone I-130 is processed at the service centers, like Texas or Nebraska.

Yes I submitted the I-485 at the same time as the I-130. The I-485
though is being processed in Chicago where I live.

My I-130 has been transferred from Texas to Nebraska and now onto New Jersey....... who knows whats happening!!!
