Yes. NEVER lie to the BCIS.

Hi,

I agree you should never lie to the BCIS but I also suggest you get some legal advice about your filing since you have been working illegally.

Hi:

If the marriage is through a US Citizen, do remember that you can also file the I-485 adjustment of status with your spouse's I-130 form.

In answer to your question -- the I-130 specifically askes, so yes, your spouse should put the information on his form. Also, YOU have to sign a G-325A to be submitted with your spouse's I-130 and you will have to disclose it there.

Are you a student or just worked for 1 year without going to school?

I have been a student for the last 8 years......a year and half ago i
was referred to this job....without checking anything...they grant me
the job and assumed that i am legal. I've known my housband for about
2 years and just recently got married. Yes, he's a us citizen by
birth.

Thank you for all your great advice
