I-130 petition, made a mistake for not filling out previous I-129F visa information.
Hi all,
I would like to know will it be considered a misrepresentation if I did
not fill out my previous non-immigrant I-129F petition information (
never completed and was cancelled middle of way ). I thought the
question in I-130 only deals with previous immigrant visa petitions.
