It also includes MINOR CHILDREN.
Personally I find this even more outrageous - but then I am biased

SECTIN: HUSBAND OR WIFE OF U.S. CITIZEN, 201 (B) INA
Whats this mean good people i thought the 1-130 can only take 30-90 days
they tell me over 3 years? what in the world is wrong? i sent the 1-130
form in why are they saying ths case can take 3 years to complete?
