Hello everyone,

I have an issue and hopefully someone has more info on it. I filed the i-130 and i-130a on August 17 to uscis London. I received a e-mail confirmation and the money was taken out of my account. I decided to call them and just check on it and they told me that they cannot find the application. I talked with 2 agents and higher agent and still nothing. They told me to e-mail the lockbox which I did but no response yet. Does anyone know what might've happen? I verified all the info on my application since I have a copy and everything looks good. Maybe I forgot to attach something but I think they would've at least notify me if that is the case.

They did indeed receive the application. Proof of that is the money taken from your account. Now if they've lost it internally, who knows. How long ago did you small them? Did you also try using the "contact us" page from the USCIS London website?

There's not too much you can do except keep following up, or reapplying.

Actually it's only been 6 weeks since you filed it. Give it another couple of months to get approved.

I didn't call uscis London I'll do it tomorrow. Currently they are processing the July applications so I have no other choice than wait for a response. I hoped anyone heard about anything like this happening before since the agents seemed to not have an answer. According to them it was suppose to show up in their system. I hope they are just wrong and I will hear from them soon.
