Default I-130/I-1485 filing.

We recently filed for I-130/I-485. It was sent to St Paul office and
was duly forwarded to MBC (also known as Nation benefit center).
Time line is as follows :

RD : 4/27/04
ND : 5/07/04
Checks cleared : 5/10/04
FP done : 5/22/04
Last update on case : 5/247/04

I am just wondering if anyone can post their experience about timeline
at st paul office of INS. The online status check says that I-130 will
take 30-90 days and I-485 will take 120-180 days. I will appreicate it
if anyone who was recently inteviewed at St Paul can post their
timeline. I am just trying to anticipate the time it will take for
processing of our application. I know USCIS works in erratic way but I
am trying to make an educated guess for my own peace of mind.

Sincerely,
GC hopeful

Default Re: I-130/I-1485 filing.

I hope this helps.
I sent my I-130 to Neb. on Sept. 1, 2002 and just received it back (
APPROVED !!).

I filed the I485 to St. Paul Aug of 2003 ( after my wife arrived ). Still no
word on it. I was told it may take up to 2 years.
