Hi All

Thanks to everyone who has posted here, the information has been extremely helpful. I
have a couple of questions which I hope someone can answer.

I'm a UK citizen and recently married to a US citizen and we're looking to apply for
a K-3 visa for me to enter the US, and then adjust the status.

Firstly, the www.k1faq.com site (which by the way is excellent, thank you to the
authors) states that the answer to Q.21 should be "Your alien relative is IN the
United States and will apply for an Adjustment of status..." Can anyone confirm this
is the correct answer for I-130/I-29F process ? I'm assuming that this pre-supposes
that the I-129F process goes through OK and I am admitted to the US on a K-3 while
the I-130 gets processed ?

Secondly, on the G-325A, in answer to "This form is submitted in connection with
application for:" the reply should be "Other". In the case of the US citizen the
written response will be "Petition for Alien Relative" and in my case the response
"Adjustment of Status" is this correct ?

Thirdly, when the K-3 is granted I can only apply for and adjustment of status on the
basis of an EAD (I-751) is this correct ?

Finally, how strict is the INS on the photographs that are submitted ? The UK has a
different specification for photographs is this suitable for the US ?

Thanks in advance.

Mevin
