We now moved our case to Paris. Especially with what happened in the UK lately we think it's gonna be safer and quicker. We also decided to stay in France until the end of the visa process so we would have had to change Embassy anyway.

FYI, switching embassy didn't affect our timeline according to the NVC. (we called twice to confirm) A simple ;etter was enough for them to make the switch.

Thanks for your help, we are now waiting for the NVC to complete the case and forward it to the US embassy in Paris.
