We received approval notice from BCIS, dated August 6, 2004. Now what will happen next and how much time it will take to get DSL forms and Interview at Consulate (Mumbai, India). This is for immediate relative category (parents). If any one know about process and fees etc. it would be helpful. Thanks

There will be some paperwork at NVC which takes approximately 4 months
following which the case goes to Mumbai
where an interview is scheduled within
45 days or so. Optimistically speaking,
an nterview may take place within 5 to 6 months.

I read on one layers website today, that it takes 4-5 weeks to process at NVC and then they sent you I-864 and Agent of Choice to Applicant (Beneficiary). If that is correct, my guess is it will be more quicker, any thoughts?
Thanks
