Default I-130 got transfered to National Benifit Center

I filed I-130s for my sisters about a 8 months ago, today I got an email from USCIS saying that I-130s got transfered to local National Benifit Center.

Does it mean my case is approved? I thought they will approve it when the priority date becomes current which usually takes 10 yrs. Did anybody receive this email? Can somebody explain what this mean?

It just means the I-130 was transferred to somewhere other than the service center where you filed it originally.

It does not mean it's approved....you will get a Notice of Action from USCIS when that happens. This is not it.

The I-130 can be approved at any point from the time you file it until near the time your sister's priority date becomes current, which as you said, is not going to be for many, many years yet.
