I-130 FORM
HI. Does anyone know if the form on the USCIS website can be used if you are appyling at your local consular office? basically i want to know if i can download from website and then take to to my local embassy? thanks

I don't think you can take it in, though, you have to mail it.
I also just happened to remember that you may be in Jamaica, is that right? Make sure Jamaica can accept your DCF there.
