Default I-130 fees

Hi M changed to US Citizen on 26 Sep, We got married in the states on 03 Nov 08. We are today sending in the I 130 petition for S to be able to move to the states, from the UK. Can someone tell me the fees we need to pay, and who pays them for the forthcoming forms DS 3032, and DS 230. The official sites do not show the fees for these forms, or in which country they are paid in. What is the DS 3032 actually for?

Congratulations & Welcome, Citizen M!!!
And congrats on the new marriage; everything is chugging right along.

The fees and forms you mention in this post are all part of the visa application.
Backing up, there are two parts to your immigration: the petition (USCIS) and the visa application (Dept of State).

After petition approval, the I-130 is sent to the National Visa Center/NVC. That office in the US will start the visa application by sending out DS-3032 (no fee) Choice of Agent.
Then the I-864 fee bill + I864 document.
Then the DS-230 fee bill + the DS-230 visa application.
You can find the info here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigra...info_3190.html (also search there for 'appointment post' for the list of countries.. London IS an appointment post)

DS-3032 designates where your mail and fee bills are sent. If one of you is living in the US, it is usually faster to receive the mail in the US (ie name the USC spouse as the 'agent').

I don't know the answer to your question. However, since it will be awhile before DS-230 fee is needed, I wouldn't worry about it until it gets closer to the time. USCIS is renowned for increasing the fees and it could go up by the time you go to pay it.

Your immediate fee you should be concerned about is the I-130, since you have to file that first.

Yup/yes. $400 sounds current. You can always find that info here as well, tho you have to dig for it a little: http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/iv/index.html

The I-864 fee is .. er, $80?

That should be the last of the fees, other than photos & misc. And then of course there is the medical... quite a stiff fee in the UK.
