Hi all,
I, a US citizen, applied for my wife's child (11 yr. old) to obtain a
visa through the I-130 process last March. The I-130 was just
approved, after the case was transfered to CSC from the NSC. They are
sending a lot of cases over there from the NSC to speed things up it
seems. I know that my wife's daughter will be reveiving a packet from
the Dept. of State but I have no idea what this packet will contain.
Does anyone know if it will contain an interview date or is it similar
to the I-129F Packet #3 which requests Affadavit of support, medical
info., etc. What is the process from here on out? Does anyone have a
timeline on the process?
Thanks,
John
