Default i-130 Approved!!!!! NCS

I just came in from the mail box. My i-130 2nd NOA ( approved) for my wife was there
from the NSC. I am still jumping up and down! The nightmare of not knowing has
passed. Now the real fight begins. But after this extended period of being in limbo.
It will be relatively easy to handle the rest. Strange though, I received i-130
approval. I still have heard nothing about i129f petition from MSC for k-3 visa. With
my luck I will get it tomorrow. Anyway, I am very happy. As for the INS, "all sins
are forgiven ( for now) , go thou and sin no more".

Timeline; 1st NOA for i-130 April 2 2nd NOA for i130 August 19.
Received August 23

1st NOA from MSC for i-129f, April 22 Still waiting for approval

Congradulations!!

I'm also waiting for the 2nd NOA from the NSC for our I-130. My 1st NOA date was March 21.
I'm hoping to get it any day now, since yours was April 2.

Good luck with the rest of the process.
