I-130 Approval Timeline from CSC
I'm Canadian, my wife is a USC living in California. We just received our 2nd I-130
NOA (the approval). Here is our timeline so far:
Apr 2/2002 - Sent I-130 Petition to CSC Apr 19/2002 - Received 1st I-130 NOA
(acknowledging receipt of I-130 Petition) Jul 17/2002 - Received 2nd I-130 NOA
