I-130 application for Preference 4, family application and implications
Hello,
I am of Macedonian nationality, living in Macedonia.
My sister has the US Citizenship and we wish her to apply for me for
the I130. We know that it will be a long wait, but it's better to start
it now then never. In the meanwhile we are playing the green card
lottery.
1. Are we going to be eligible to apply for the green card through the
lottery, even though we have I130 pending? What is the chance that we
will be refused?
2. In case my husband gets a job in the US, will I be able to apply for
an H-4, with the I130 pending?
3. What are the steps to apply for green card through a sibling?
