My spouse file the I-130 to texas on Feb 2001, and it was approved on
july 2001, then we recieve a message that im in USA and i should apply
for change of status but im not in USA, after that our application was
move to chicago and now when i check the online status our application
was forwarded to MISSOURI SERVICE CENTER on june 2002. then we write
Chicago and Missouri and they reply that they dont have our
application then another letter arrive saying i should contact the
local INS. whem my wife went their they say they dont have my
application and ask as to reapply the I-130 together with the approved
letter, any one has any idea what will i do? and why its says in
online status that my application is in MISSOURI and why it is send
there not it NVC?
