Ummm... direct me the threads for this?
I've been so focused on getting my UK Spouse visa, I'm not at all versed in this one.
(First going to Wiki)...thank you

It is part of the same. The I-130 is submitted first. When it is approved at the USCIS in London it passes it on to the Consulate. Then you will receive a packet (downloadable at the US Consulate/London website as well) with a checklist telling what documentation you need before an appointment for an interview can be scheduled. This is the documentation you need.
Yes, please go to the wiki ... it is there under CR-1 because so many people do this before the second year of their marriage so they listed it as such instead of IR-1. But they are the same visa.

BTW IR-1 is immediate relative visa.

It's much more on point than the "CR-1" page (which discusses petitioning through the US). It contains all the links the petitioner/applicant needs to have for each step, from the Embassy site.
I think the term "Immigrant Visa" vs CR/IR etc is more helpful to people because that's how it's listed on the Embassy & CIS/DOS sites.. (can't find CR-1 )
IOW, congrats on getting the petition I-130 going and accepted!
Now you move on to preparing for the visa application. You primarily need to collect all the documents that will be required for the interview.
