I was wondering what is the I-130 first NOA processing time at
Nebraska BCIS Service center? Old Information on the site

Is it legal for me to complete my wife G-325A form which she has
already signed for my I-129F Visa application?

Does BCIS care if I use the same passport photos for I-129F
application that were used with I-130 visa application?

I have a 1st NOA on my I-130 for July 1, 2002 (Nebraska Service Center)

I recently called and was told that the processing time had slid forward
again to October 15, 2003. (The original information we got with our NOA was
that processing should be done in Oct-Nov 2002, so they have provided one
year of total misinformation on processing times.)

The BCIS had just received my mail with I-130 form on Thursday, does
it take 4 weeks to get the 1st NOA? or is it longer?

I got my 1st NOA in 1 week. I sent via registered mail on Tuesday Aug
19, BCIS received it on Aug 21 at 8:04AM and they sent out my 1st NOA
on Aug 21 and I had the NOA in hand by Monday evening.
