I-130 @ Nsc, 1st Nao 07jul2002

Hello Folks-

Have any of you out there got I-130 approval from NSC filed in the first week of July 2002? I am still waiting.

We did. First NOA for I-130 was July 12, 2002 and Second NOA was January 14, 2004. This was at NSC for a spouse of a U.S. Citizen.

Ours was approved 1/22/04 online and our receipt date was 7/23/04.

I am the one having hard luck getting it through ..or...there is other out there waiting like me having the same date as mine?
