Default I-130 = 864?

Quick question.....Since my I-130 got approved first I am going to go that
route....However, I already got the paperwork ready for the co-sponsor which was form
134. Do I need to use the 864 instead now??

If so I'll have to get my co-sponsor to re-fill that form out and get it notarized.

Thanks all! Joey

Joey Yes you need the I-864 for an I-130 interview.

As I understand it, your spouse _must_ file an I-864 even if she does not make enough
income. This is in addition to the co-sponsor's form. The spouse is always the
primary sponsor.
