i-129F VSC Vermont
Hello all:
I'm starting to wounder. I see posting from people who mailed their I-129F petitions
to the VSC after I did and are already approved. Meenwhile, I'm still waiting. I
mailed mine March 22 2002. Others mailed theirs April 1 April 3 and April 4 and were
approved April 29 and April 30. Should I start to worry? Did I get one of the few
slow disgruntled INS officers? Anyone have an answer?

Don't feel bad Bob. I mailed my app in October, didn't receive approval until March.
No problems, just long delay. This was at the Nebraska center. When I originally sent
it in, they said it would be between 70 and 100 days...

I sent mine in September 24, and got approval on April 19. I hope you did not get the
same guy.
