Did I read somewhere that I need to make a copy of all pages of my passport?
And, if so, does this include the blank pages?
And, Did someone tell me that I could file the I-129 without a copy of my
fiance's passport id page. I can use her official photo ID card from
Brazil?
Of course, she will have her passport "before" consulate interview!
And, I do not need to include the 2X2 photos of her 2 and 3 year old
children? I only need 1 for her, and 1 for myself?
By the way, thanks for all the help, so far! I am using a translation
service for the birth certificates.

Only the main page of your passport is required.
You don't have to provide any of her ID/passport. She will have to
prove her identity at the consulate.
I think that you also need a photo of the kids - i'm not sure about
this one however

Going strictly by the text of the instructions on the I-129F....
Yes, all pages of the passport includes blank pages. However, if you are the USC Petitioner and you are using the passport to prove your US Citizenship, you should be aware that you can also use your Birth Certificate in lieu of the passport.
And no, you can not substitute her passport ID page with any other document. If you could, the instructions would have said so.
All that said, USCIS is run by people like you and I and they do make mistakes. Incorrectly filed petitions DO make it through.
I can't answer your question about the photos of the children. I didn't have to deal with that issue myself so I do not recall the form instructions.

I just filed mine, and I *do* remember it saying somewhere that you
had to file all pages, so I'm pretty sure that's right. And, as you
say, it's not that many pages.

The I-129F has to have the kids listed, but it says nothing about photos. I
do have a photo, but they will be more than 30 days old when I file the
documents, and I would rather not send them if they are not needed.
I am waiting for a new photo of my fiance, because when she got the photos,
the photographer, had them hold a date placard. Since the requirement is now
30 days, it is hard to get them in time, so I had her do them again with no
date!!!
I guess I can make copies of all the blank pages. Yes, better safe than
sorry!

Hey Nina,
Do you know if I need photos of the 2 kids?
I have them, but they have dates in the photos. The mom just did hers again
today with no date, but by the time it gets to me, the photos of the kids
will be 40 days old!
thanx,
tom

I have no idea, because there aren't kids in my situation... but has
anyone directed you here....

They have VERY useful checklists, so I'm guessing that you'll find the
definite answer there somewhere.

Been there. Not much information on the I-2 visa. I am thoroughly confused
as to how much money to send and whether or not to send photos of the kids?
Thanx,

I spent a little while looking both there and on the USCIS web site,
and there is certainly a lack of obvious information about kids of a
fiancee. I think, just to be safe, I'd phone the national service
center and ask them these questions.

You mean the K-2 visa. Do a search within this forum and use "K2" or "K-2" as a search item. I'm sure you'll turn up something. Others here have gone through this in the past.
Here's the link, I did it for you: http://britishexpats.com/forum/searc...searchid=62760
