Hi everyone, I have already read many of the postings, but I really wanted to know
what information I need to include concerning my "proof" My fiance has no access
to the internet, and all I have are letters. I have been to Russia 2 times, and
have all the receipts, photos. Is it going to be a problem not having e-mails and
phone records, (all I have is the receipts for the calling cards) I do not have
any proof of phone calls even though we talk twice a week! Any other information
would be appreciated. I will be filing at the Laguna Niguel office and will let
you know how it goes.

Thank you, Tom

All you really need are photos and travel receipts, including plane tickets and
a copy of your passport stamp. Then just describe in your attachment letter to
the I-129f how you met. They just need evidence that you met, not specific kinds
of evidence.

Good luck.

I only sent in copies of my pass-port stamp from Russia, photos, and used airline
tickets and had no problem.

To speed things along don't forget to request that your approval be cabled when
writing your cover letter.

That only works for VSC. For the other three service centers you must file the I-824
and pay the $120.
