Attachment to Form I-129F

Please provide the information requested below. It will be helpful in
the adjudication of your petition.

When did you and the beneficiary met?
How long have you been corresponding with the beneficiary?
How long have you known the beneficiary?
Submit all correspondence that you have had with the beneficiary. (example: letters, cards, bills, etc.)
Submit photographs taken of you and the beneficiary together.
Have you met the beneficiary's family? When? Where?
What is the beneficiary's religious background?
What is your background?
Does the beneficiary speak and understand your language?
Do you speak and understand the beneficiary's language?'
What are the beneficiary's hobbies and interests?
What are you (sic) hobbies and interests?
What arrangements have been made for the wedding?
When do you intend to enter into a lawful marriage with the
beneficiary?

My question:
Is this old information and this *detailed* type of letter is not necessary to sumbit? I don't recall seeing anyone submit this type of letter with their application.

I realize that some of the information on the checklist still applies as far as proof of the relationship i.e. photos of us taken together, emails and such but do we need to do another letter stating the hobbies, interests, religious backgrounds etc?

Hi,

We just did a letter saying how we met ( which was online) when we met in person. That he knows my family, I know his. That we want to be together and we intend to get married within the 90days as stated on the visa, or something to that affect.

We sent 4 pictures of us together. Copies of a couple of letters, one from him, one from me. Copies of two phone bills each, and copies of our plane ticket stubs, we both had visited each 3 times at that point.

Tiff,

INS needs to establish that the relationship is bona fide. To this end,
many of these items listed below establish the authenticity of the
relationship and other items establish the intention. So insofar as those
that refer to the background information (religion, language, etc.), those
help to establish the authenticity. But as long as you can convince an INS
officer, that is sufficient, that being said:

Authenticity:
Primary=When, how long, correspondence, photograph, in-laws, etc.
Secondary=Religious background, common language, hobbies, etc.

Intention:
In-laws, wedding arrangements, when, engagement ring receipt, etc.

These don't all have to be in the letter, but it would be advised to have
these in the package as supporting documents. Good luck!
