Question 7 part A on I 129F form asks: Other Names Used.
My father changed our last name in 1975 to his real father's thus my last name
changed to. Is the last name on my birth certificate (which is not my last name now)
to be considered as a Other Name Used? And if so, I suppose that I need to include
the documents that changed my last name.
Does anybody have any information on this or know what I should write for this
question. Thanks.
