I-129 still in progress at TSC after withdraw ????
Last night I was visiting the BCIS site to look if it would say that
we have withdraw our petition.I found out that they sended a RFE on
september 30,requesting more information.
Thats weird since we withdraw that application on july 14 and got a
return receipt that TSC had received our notarized letter.
Funny part is that we withdraw our petetion because we went for DCF
and I received my visa(from the DCF)on september 23 at the american
consulate in Amsterdam.
Does TSC dont check there postmail?
Is there anyone that had this too?
