Default I-129; Completing for 1 job at 2 location

Hi

I was told that I can use one I-129 and get approved for 2 locations
with the same company!

1) How do I do it?
Is it enough if I just state at Part 5, Row 2 - just give 2 addressess?

2) What is if the 2 addresses are from 2 different states and therefore
2 different INS / BCIS offices? Which office should you send it?

No.

The employer must do prevailing wage requests, LCAs, and internal postings
at all different work locations. A decision must be made on which location
to select as the basis for the filing of the petition, as the petition will
be filed with only one USCIS Service Center.

It's not a good idea to try this without the help of a professional
immigration practitioner, most likely a lawyer.

Hi,

I don't do LCA since I am Not on H1B.

There are several other work type visa and I am on one of them.

An attorney told me that can be done but not sure how to.

Anyone can advice me??

Well, don't keep us in suspense -- which one of the "several other work
type" visas are you on?
