husband's liability if wife signs affidavit of support for her brothers
My wife and I are retired. She will sponsor her two brothers and their
spouses from China. My wife's and her brothers's assets meet the INS
family size assets requirements.
If she is the sponsor, will I also be liable if I don't sign the
affidavit of support?

I do not think her Brothers can use their assets?
Anway nothing is going to happen for a very long time, if at all. There was a proposal in the last CIR to delete this category.

You may have liability if you live in a community property state.

Don't know about liability, but her brothers fall under Family, Fourth Preference. Priority Date for that category is March 1, 1996. As Boiler says, they are in for a very long wait. And I don't think your wife can sponsor the brothers' spouses at all; don't know if they can be included in the application.
