How and when does my Fiance get his police report from the UK?
Hi,
My fiance and I filed our K-1 Visa back in March. He is in the UK and I am in California. Can he get his police report ahead of time and if so how does he go about this?

Go to local police station, complete police clearance form, photo id and ££ and wait atleast 40 days for report to come through.

Police reports take no longer than 40 days but some come through a lot earlier if he puts a letter in with the forms requesting it ASAP for Immigration purpose. Also the police cert is valid for 1 year from the date it was created.
