How soon can my alien wife leave after the K-3 Interview?...k3
Hey Everybody,
I just got my first NOA for the K-3 visa today. I want to be with my wife during the
K-3 Interview then fly back to the US with her by my side. Can she fly with me the
day of the interview or should I plan for a 2nd trip?

its my understanding that you could go from the interview to the airport as the visa will be stamped in her passport BUT should everything not go according to plan like some paper you forgot to get or something you didnt get notorised and you would be shafted to put it politely so i would plan to leave it a couple of days just in case you need to go back to finalise things.
