how often does missouri change the message
our notice said 60 to 90 days and on monday it will be 60 days.....will the message
be changed or does it stay the same.

From June 25th to July 18 it said 15 to 21 days
From July 18 to July 26 it said 30 to 60 days
Since July 26th it has said 60 to 90 days, but who's counting?
Today is our 80th day.

mine says 60 -90 days but there is a bunch of people waiting 120 and over, so i dont really know

Mine has said the same things. Got my first NOA dated June 14th so
noe it is past the 90 days. I applied for my I-130 in May with 1st
NOA dated May 3 and today I just got my approval letter with September
12th as approval date but I still have not heard anything from K3.

I filed in California on June 5, 2002 and got NOA on June 11, 2002. I
am now at day 102 without any word. The notice itself reads "20-30
days from date of receipt to process this kind of case" and changed in
the recorded message after the 30th day to 89-90 days to process this
kind of case. I called after the 90th day and talked to an INS agent
who told me that they were extremely backlogged and I should get a
decision in the mail anyday now. I see all of us are waiting
unreasonably long periods of time. Is there anyone else reading this
who has filed in California that is waiting longer than I have?
