    :confused: :confused: Hi,

So i have a criminal conviction. After doing lots of reseach it's in my
best interest to apply for a visa.

So is it the B-2 visa i need?

2. How long are you on the phone for at £1.30 per min

3.Will i need to take a criminal record sheet down to London, if so
were do you get these papers from.

4. If granted a visa how long will this last for?

you will have to go to the court where you were convicted for a copy of the memorandum of conviction,
and the police for a copy of your record £10 fee for this and it takes about two weeks,
it is also quicker to get an interview in Belfast about seven days.

The visa could be valid for a one off trip, could be multi entrance and valid up to 10 years...but the length of stay would depend on the office at POE, and would normally not be longer than 6 months.
