I filed through TSC, does anyone know how long it usually takes them to
notify the Embassy (in Manila), that it's been approved and they should
send out packet 3?
Thanks

I guess it could take anywhere from 2 or 3 weeks to 6-8 weeks for Manilla to get your approved petition. You can call the NVC to see if they have your petition (search for the number on here as I have forgotten it). You will need to follow the instructions to get to a live operator to ask about a K visa.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Jamie

Yes, they received my application on 4/20, and approved it on 8/4 -- I
wanted to know how long I should expect to wait before we get some new
paperwork to work on.

Will the online case status change when the NVC receives the petition,
or is that something you can only find out by calling?
