How long for first NOA for K-3?

How long for first NOA for K-3?
Hello, just want to tap your experience on K-3 application timelines.
We sent in a K-3 application (I-129F and other supporting documents)
on January 22, 2004. The check cleared the bank on February 9, 2004.
We still have not heard or received anything from the USCIS as of to
date (March 5, 2004). We are applying from Toronto, Canada.
Wonder if you could share with us when we can expect the first NOA and
when we can expect to obtain the K-3 visa, assuming everything goes
well of course.

we filed the k-3 in July of 2002 and we got a notice back the next
week.....my husband is from Canada......if I were you I would get
in contact with my congressman.
They can help you.

In most cases, you will see that NOA1 is within a week or so of submitting the application. You may also want to try contacting the customer service number if you haven't already done so.
