My fiance is in the US on a k-1 visa. We will be married in January.
We intend to apply for Advanced Parole through TSC. As part of our
application for Adjustment of Status. Does anyone have any idea of
how long it takes to recieve Advanced Parole? Are we talking 6 weeks
or 6 months?

It depends on where you are going to file. And it won't be at the TSC.

There is no set answer. Sometimes you can walk into an office and get an AP that day.

We mailed ours to Arlington last year and it took 6-7 weeks. I have heard as long as 3 months.

Hi:

Inasmuch as TSC won't have jurisdiction, either it will be returned to you, forwarded to the proper place or get thrown in the trash.

However, the length of time at your local disrict is the time betwen filing and date of approval and issuance.

Just to be helpful and not so critical, I will tell you that the correct
place to file both the AOS documents and the AP is at your DISTRICT OFFICE
where ever that may be.

Where do you live? That will dictate where to send it and how long it will take.
