how long before interview
 

I know patience is the key word but having an idea how long would be helpful.
I applied for 1 130 on Nov 2004 and finally I have completed the whole process with NVC. My fill was completed on sept 28th 2005. I just have to wait for interview date. Does any body have any hint on how long this might take? Given the fact that the interview will be in Nigeria (High fraud). At this point does it make sense applying for K3 or should I wait it out. NVC told me, my K3 might be deny because my application is already complete. Any hint or suggestion? Thanks.

If I were you I would just wait it out, I know the NVC schedules every 2nd week of each month, just call or email them and you should receive a response to your inquiry. At the moment, they are processing appx. 3-5 months from when your case is completed, seeing this from other peoples timelines that are going thru Nigeria. I agree patience is certainly one we must have with this immigration process but it will all be worth it in the end. I continue telling myself each day this!
