hello all i'm new to this and never post before and sorry about the
poor english

first i married in US philadelphia and got marriage cetificate but i
never told my mom or dad for marriage we never had wedding but it
wasnt fraud she and i was in love each other she ask me to marry
her.but my mom and dad didnt like her back ground so i didnt tell my
mom and dad for marriage
after 1year of marriage i move to other state for business and she was
stay in philadelphia to finish school
so we couldnt see each other for about 6months or so but we called
alot
and than she told me she met good friend in school and she want to
marry him so i said to her can you come over to my state so we can
talk about this
after that she is gone which mean is her phone is disconnect and she
move to some where unknown
i couldnt find her or hear from her for years and than i give up fxxx
that bitch

i went korea last november and met lovely girl i loved her and she
love me too
we went out for more than 2months and we was so drunk one night and
she ask me to marry her
so i told her all my bad experience of marriage before and etc.......
and she said that its too late now i felt love with you and nothing
cant stop us i was shocked and happy but i never divorced with my
first wife
we decide to go see her parents next day and me and i went her parents
house and tell them we will like to get marry
some how her parents really like me and treat me very very good
all went so good and nicely so far

problem start here
my parents call me business got very busy and tell me to come soon and
help us
damn no fxxxing good
i told her that i have to go back to U.S maybe next week or so
and she tell to her parents that i will back to U.S next week
her parents want me to something before i leave korea which is
marriage certificate because her parents dont know that i was married
before in U.S
so we both went U.S embassy in seoul korea and got marriage
certificate
and i'm back to U.S for following week

my question is that i'm U.S citizen since 1998 and got married here
and never got divorce with her but i never filed to INS for her.
marry again in korea without divorce and i filed I130 pettition early
this year and got answer from INS that they receive the my file
how the INS find i had marry in philadelphia and if they find i had
married what will happen
and can i file K3 visa for my wife in korea now

about 3weeks ago i had phone call from my old wife from philadelphia
thanks god
she was telling me that she move to boston with her new boy friend
and she want to divorce with me and i agree with her and i bought the
lawyer to divorce
i cant sleep in the night thinking of this mass
can someone help me please what i have to do
i will like to see my wife in korea soon as possible
i missed her so much
